Kind of a black sheep

urgh, all I want to do is watch SUPERNATURAL season 5

LOL. I just watched LOST BOYS: THE TRIBE. Holy shit, now that's a bad movie. I lol'd at Corey Feldman like every second he was on screen. It's one of those truly awful movies that you just have to see the end, like, so horrendous that you can't actually look away or change the channel. I can't believe someone paid money to make that movie. The BF and Twin were stoned and laughed through the whole thing, the only rational response. BBB watched 15 minutes and decided LB:TT was just too ridiculous and fell asleep. BB thought this was the cutest thing and kept waking BBB to see if he was comfortable until BBB snarled that if BB woke him one more time he'd castrate him. Too awesome. Movie and a show. What more can one ask for?

This is rather late, given that the season ended like 2 months ago. But yeah, the whole season and Sam in particular seem to be following the idea that that road to hell is paved with good intentions. Poor Sam, all he wanted to do was the right thing. He just went about it in totally the wrong way. Pretty much the whole season made me want to cry, there's just this sense of grand tragedy, there's just this feeling that things are going to end up very bad for the boys. I've recently discovered the fic of deannaz (so so good, Wolf was amazing) and i was browsing through her journal and she said some really interesting things. Her entry . Yeah, i don't agree with her 100 % about some things she says but the stuff about the producers/writers etc forcing Sam + girls and Dean + Castiel on us does ring true. Cas is awesome but it's just seems a bit forced. Maybe I'm imagining it, maybe fanfic has warped my view, but yeah, that did irk me. I still love the show, there's no denying it's amazing, but yeah, het is so not my thing (except in my real life). I don't know, in some ways I'm really ambivalent about this season, or more accurately, the writing of some parts. There were so many great episodes though (Monster Movie, Yellow fever, When the Levee Breaks, all of them really). And Brock Kelly. Wow. Just wow. Also, maybe Jared needs to lay off the gym a little - seriously, could his shoulders get bigger? Yeah, this probably wasn't the most critically formulated comment on the season.

Clearly Big Brother's Boyfriend (BBB) has been spending way too much time with me. I showed him a photo of Fernando Torres and he was all like, "Zombie Jesus! What a cute little bunny!" I like this BBB and Big Brother seems to like him a lot and he's been a regular since xmas so hopefully he'll be around for a lot longer.

Also my LOVE for ontd_football is growing by the day. wonderful place, wonderful people, wonderful picspams... just <3

 Arsenal won today thus it was a good day. However, I've been procrastinating BIG TIME. Like majorly, like it's a dire situation now and yet sitting down and writing my essays is the LAST thing I want to do. It's becoming this cold, heavy feeling in my chest. I'm scared I'm fucking up again like last year and yet i can't seem to change. 

Delicious is an awesome site. Like crazy cool and fun and easy to use. It's practical and an amazingly simple way to organise your bookmarks. But damn, it's really tiring & slow & a little boring to actually get organised. I didn't realise I had so many fics saved, it was pretty cool rereading lots of them. but yeah, here is a link: cescy. so yeah.

 Drug. Dragged. There is a huge difference between these words but for some reason people insist in using the former as the past tense of 'drag'. It's dragged I tell you! Dragged! Drug can be used verbally of course, just in a way that relates to drugs though, as in:
I drug him with morphine each time he stirs, slipping a needle into his tanned skin, hoping to keep consciousness and pain at bay a little longer.
vs
I dragged him along the path, blood leaving a dark trail on the ground, Sam a dead-weight in my arms. 


This is one of those silly things that drives me insane. Also, it makes me think that putting offending people in stocks isn't such a bad idea. 

I'm like the worst ever at sticking to something. But hey, new year, new look, new laptop, I'm going to try something new and different. though I might just use this as a place to list all the fics I've been reading and like, rec them. even if it is just to myself. anyway, happy happy merry new year. hope it doesn't suck.
